He confirmed that the second phase of the CRCL project has been launched, which includes offering new ground-floor retail spaces starting from 21 sqm, in addition to partitions and kiosks in the first floor starting from 13 sqm, providing clients with greater flexibility in selecting suitable spaces.
He added that the second phase of the AJAN project includes the launch of distinctive Townhouses (Corner & Middle), all featuring double-face views overlooking swimming pools and open water features, which enhances the quality of life within the project and offers an exceptional residential experience.
